Samples can be made following for your requirement

1) Offer existing sample for free

2) Customized sample will be charged, the cost will deduct from commercial Invoice.


QUALITY CONTROL:

1)    Customer specs and ideas are analyzed.

2)    We send material suggestions for customer selection.

3)    Counter samples are made and sent to customer.

4)    When samples are confirmed we prepare material for bulk production.

PPS:

5)    When all materials are received we send PPS samples to customer for approval.

6)    When PPS are approved we prepare bulk production.

Inline inspection:

7)    During production our highly skilled production managers will do an inline inspection making sure all details are as confirmed.

SS:

8)    When bulk production is completed we send SS samples to customer for approval.

Final inspection

9)    When goods are ready to leave we conduct a final inspection according to AQL 2,5 by 3rd party or customer.
