   A:Price is the most concerning problem of every customer,if you want to know the price.
You need to know the following parameter:
Style of clothes,
accessories of garments,
printing method,
pattern,
fabric of garments,
quality of garments,

Becky is a trade company in China based production company specialized in manufacturing swimwear and active swear, accessories and high end packaging solutions. Our company have a cooperation factory with 100+ sewing workers in Jin Jiang City and provided sample for free and delivery date in fast way.

Optimizing the existing production apparatus and investing almost 1 mil USD in new manufacturing equipment we have succeeded in establishing a state of the art manufacturing set up with 100 + employees and a monthly product output of 1 mil pieces of garments. Our goal is to become the number one supplier of high end swimwear and active wear within our region.

FABRIC: We use knitted  Lycra fabric with high elasticity , comfortable and  give the product a luxurious feel.

CRAFTSMANSHIP: All our swimwear is produced by skilled workers on state of the art equipment making the swimwear stand out as a high end product.

QC and FINISH: All our swimwear is QC inspected twice during production and final inspection when the product is finished. This secures that all swimwear leaving our factory lives up to customer standards.

WET AND HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING: Colorful swimwear sells and we are therefore very experienced in a variety of printing techniques. wet printing, heat transfer printing, placement printing.

PRICING: An impressive production capacity allows us to minimize overhead and give customers very competitive pricing

HOW WE WORK

1. Customer specs and ideas are analyzed.

2. Counter samples are made and sent to customer.

3. When samples are confirmed we prepare material for bulk production.

4. PPS  When all materials are received we send PPS samples to customer for approval.

5. When PPS are approved we prepare bulk production.

6. Inline inspection, During production our highly skilled production managers will do an inline inspection making sure all details are as confirmed.

7. SS, When bulk production is completed we send SS samples to customer for approval.


8. Final  inspection,When goods are ready to leave we conduct a final inspection according to AQL 2,5


QUALITY CONTROL:
At Becky, we manifest and secure a high level of product quality by testing all subcontracted material like waistband and fabric before moving into production. Items are further inspected 100% by a responsible QC person before moving of the production line.

Manifesting a high level of quality in production lines where every single process is depending on the performance of workers is not always an easy task. In Sinex Solutions we have spent more than 4 years perfecting our own in house inspection. In our production lines each worker is responsible for checking the previous workers craftsmanship, and details like needle holes are thoroughly and constantly inspected.

We of course also welcome any third party inspection company to inspect goods before they leave our factory!
